Terms & Agreements

Clean & Handy, LLC will provide all labor, equipment, & materials to perform the services quoted. Customer will provide water & electricity as needed to perform services. It is the customer's responsibility to provide access to the premises needed to perform services.

If you have scheduled any exterior cleaning services please make sure all windows and doors are shut and sealed properly. We are not responsible for water intrusion do to faulty seals or cracks. If you notice water intruding during the wash process, notify us immediately.  You should move anything of value 6 ft away from the area you have scheduled to be cleaned. We are not responsible for damages to any items left in the cleaning area. Some items to consider moving include but are not limited to patio furniture, grills, decorations, potted plants, children's toys, etc.

Material costs must be paid up front so that materials can be purchased before work begins. Labor Hours will be billed weekly on Fridays with the final balance expected to be paid in full at the time services are completed. Accounts 15 days past due will have a 10% late fee added to the remaining balance. Accounts 30 days past due are subject to legal action. A $30 service fee will be applied to all returned checks.

By accepting any estimate and/or engaging our services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the above terms and agreements, as well as, agrees to release Clean & Handy, LLC from any liability related to future issues arising from the work performed.
